I write fantasy fiction from a small farm in rural Quebec. During the summer, I set up a tent in the woods as my office. I get my best work done while sitting among the trees. I enjoy foraging and learning all about the natural world around me. I may be turning into a hedge witch.
I'm learning to love winter too. If I can get out on my snowshoes and follow the deer tracks through the woods, somehow I never think of the cold. But right now, my world is green and about to burst into color as the wildflowers bloom. All is well. And all is well.
I am hard at work on Mech and Magic, Book 2 of the Knack series. While I'm deep into a first draft, I tend to be a little quieter online. Also, summer usually brings a lull in book marketing events as people take advantage of holiday weather. So, during this quiet time, I thought I'd post a poll about book fairs to help me choose future promotions that will interest you.

These fairs allow me to find new readers as well as to bring new books to my readers. It'a a win-win situation. The thing is, I get alerts for dozens of new book fairs every week and I have to sift through them and guess which ones will appeal to my reader-base. Should I go into book fairs advertising free books? Sale books? New releases? What about audiobooks and anthologies? Then I thought, why don't I just ask you what you want to see?
