Cover Reveal - Mech and Magic

That's right! The cover for Mech and Magic is here! That means I put the ebook up for pre-order. Release day will be exactly 1 year to the day of the book 1 publication. I love the synchronicity.

Here are a few more details about the publication schedule:

eBooks will be available for download December 5, 2025. The purchase price will be $4.99 for pre-orders. Regular price will be $5.99. It will be available in Kindle Unlimited.

Paperbacks & hardcovers will be available for sale the same day or a few days ahead of the eBooks.

Audiobook will be produced by Podium and will come out some time in 2026. As soon as I have a more solid date about that, I'll let you know. See below for news about the audiobook for book 1.

I have another cover surprise! The audiobook cover for A Knack for Metal and Bone is ready. Podium (the producer) tells me it will release in late September.

GENERAL UPDATES

BOOKER: A lot of people have been asking about Booker. Thank you for your concern. The vet still hasn't been out to do a full lameness assessment on him (remember in Black Annis Year, how I talked about the shortage of vets in this area? That was true.) But he has new shoes on that are already helping and I'm tentatively hopeful that he will recover. I'll know more in the next newsletter.

YOUTUBE: I have a YouTube channel finally. Right now it has only some audiobook samples. But I plan to upload more fun things soon. Help an author out by subscribing to the channel so I can get my content in front of more eyes.
